  4. Hi I had the same problem with my dd...we would call her angel by day and TERROR by night....sad but true Haveyou ever considered reflux....treating her with some reflux meds just at night (even a little OTC mylanta or MoM...might help with the tummy issues gas) i would also avoid all gassy foods...cabbage, beans and peas (peas are related to soy...

  12. Hi Just my .02 but considering your dd's response to a gluten-free diet....that would be all I needed I wouldn't put her through testing or even see a GI....i don't think there is anything he can do My ds had undiagnosed GI issues his whole life and it is just my experience, but we have been to 7-8 GI's....I know it isn't that they don't care but all...

  16. Hi No, not all Nana's cookies are gluten-free The pre-packaged cookies that come 4-5 to a box are, in my opinion nasty....they make a chocolate, banana and very berry The large Nana individual cookies are pricey..I think a little over $2.00 at our WF but tasty and worth it as a treat I need to get in the kitchen and make something...LOL Kim
  17. Hi everyone Any idea why my ds would get so gassy and uncomfy from Koala Kids cereal? He is dairy/soy free as well...but I checked their website and it is listed as vegan, dairy, soy, gluten free? Anyone? Thanks, Kim
  18. I haven't even had dd/ds tested We have a family history and their reaction to the gluten-free diet was enough for me I can understand your wanting confirmation though Good Luck gluten-free bread is tough...my ds loves enjoy life white rice...I toast it and put on a little jelly Kim
  19. Hi everyone I am looking for a cheerio look-alike but I want something gluten, dairy, soy and CORN free Do i have any other options? My kids are pretty open top trying new foods and even my dd who eats everything wouldn't go for the perky O's Darn! Kim
  20. Thanks so much for your response Problem is that I've heard allergy testing at his age is not very reliable He had a skin test and RAST blood test for the top 8 and all was negative...he did get a VERY low + to RYE but again was told the result was neg. I believe he is intolerant to alot of things and it's hard to pin point as he gets only GI issues...

  25. Hi ladies My ds has reflux and seasonal allergies I am trying to put all the pieces together, but was wondering if anyone has a child/toddler that complains of dry mouth/throat or sore throat after being glutened? I'm not sure if the gluten is aggravating zach's reflux, or if something else is going on When he doesn't feel well he will open his mouth...
