  1. I haven't been diagnosed with Celiac disease but I have been avoiding gluten for 2.5 months now. My worst symptom when glutened is extreme exhaustion about 10 minutes after I eat the offending food. It is so interesting that you mention that TMJ is associated with Celiac Disease. I have TMJ and have to wear a splint at night. I have been bad for the...
  2. I have not been diagnosed with celiac but I found that I am sensitive to gluten, dairy and fructose. I have been gluten-free for 2.5 months now and I am slowly on the mend but feeling so much better so far. This is the first time since going gluten/dairy/(high)fructose free that I have had to eat out at a restaurant with my family which makes eating very...
  3. I also have had tingling almost over my entire body for the past two years. Since I also had other symptoms of gluten intolerance I decided to go gluten free 7 weeks ago. Three weeks after going gluten free I felt like a new woman and many of my symptoms had resolved except the tingling. For the past three weeks I have become sensitive to almost every food...
  4. Thanks so much Bartful. Those are some wonderful tips! I will for sure give it a try. I am not much of a cook so I have had to make my own food more now that I have been gluten free. Sometimes I am not organized and need to buy lunch somewhere and that is usually when I pay the price. My diet is already mostly organic. I rarely have foods that are not organic...
  5. I have been gluten free now for 3.5 weeks and I have noticed a great improvement in my energy level and mood. My digestive issues have sorted themselves out pretty much too. No more constipation and diarrhea. I still have tingling all over my body and muscle aches but that seems to be a little bit better as well. I would have chosen to be tested for...
  6. I actually don't eat a lot of dairy for that exact reason (like 2-3 times a week max and no milk) and I still am stuffed up. Thanks for your message. I will see if my doctor will give me my test results as I think he only did one test and not the panel.
  7. Thank you very much Rebecca. How long before you started to notice your symptoms diminishing once going gluten free?
  8. Thanks for your message. I unfortunately don't have a list of tests that I have done to detect celiac disease. I believe my doctor only tested for one antibody and that came back negative. I can't really remember if I was eating much wheat back then anyway as I usually don't eat a lot of wheat anyway. I am hoping after I have been off the gluten for a while...
  9. Hi there, I am new to this forum. I been having issues with my health for the past few years and my doctor has done almost every test under the sun. The past couple of months I finally got fed up with how crappy I felt and went to my doctor asking him if I could have a test for celiac disease again. He told me that since I had a test two years prior that...
