  6. I recently took some psyllium husk in capsule form and I am thinking it caused a bad reaction for me. My head feels full and foggy for a couple day now. I am also having crawling feeling in my head and balance issues. I am having similar experiences to anytime that I would eat gluten. Certainly it is possible that I could be reacting to something different...
