  1. DD has a party at "school" tomorrow for her bday and they are decorating cupcakes. Which gluten-free cake mix is the best tasting? Also, does anyone know if the tubes of decorative frosting are gluten-free? Thanks in advance!
  2. My dd is now casein and gluten free. She never had constipation, blood in her stool, etc. but the loose, light colored stools continued even after stopping the gluten. So a month after going gluten-free we went CF and the difference in her stools is remarkable. Then we received our Enterolab results showing she is sensitive to casein which cemented that...
  3. Ooops, didn't "sign" my post. Erika Mommy to Caroline 23 months and Chelsea 6 months
  4. We received our daughter's Enterolab results last night and are still completely overwhelmed. What do the results mean when she is sensitive to gluten and casein yet does not have malabsorption issues? Is it just that there hasn't been a lot of damage to her intestines yet? We were definitely thinking there was some kind of malabsorption issue due to the...

We have now started our 22 month old daughter on gluten-free (not as difficult as I thought it would be! ) and are wondering if we should consider dairy free as well if things don't change solely on gluten-free. From reading here, it seems there are also a fair number...
  7. I'm new to all this so please bear with me if I ask a ton of questions over the next couple of weeks. Is Pediasure gluten-free? I can't decipher the label and their website doesn't say if it is or isn't and it's too late to hunt around on the internet! Thanks, Erika
  8. My 22 month old daughter hasn't been on the charts for weight since she was 3 months old. She was born full term at 7 lbs 6 oz, 19.25 inches and is now only up to 19 pounds and maybe 33 inches. Her first ped diagnosed her as failure to thrive and was going to call child protective services on me if she didn't gain weight, the 2nd said she was "just small...
