    I too have Sjogrens and Celiac. I was diagnosed 27 years ago with celiac and 20 years ago with Sjogrens. Celiac is the easier disease because it is up to me to keep healthy.     I was diagnosed with celiac disease 15 years ago. At that time I was also sensative to lactose which did go away. It took me a good 2 years to feel better.     I miss Good Italian Bread smothered with garlic butter and then toasted under the broiler. I had my sister bring me Italian bread when I lived in Hawaii. They didn't have it. And I also miss Pizza, thin crust with lots and lots of cheese, the kind that burns the top of your mouth if you eat it too quickly.
