    Feeling pretty helpless/hopeless today. I was diagnosed with celiac disease in June. Then had to have an ultrasound because my liver levels were also high. That came back as a possible fatty liver. But they also found lots of gallstones.     Do you know which thyroid tests they did the last time? What you're describing sounds an awful lot like thyroid problems, especially early on when things go back and forth with Hashimotos.     I don't think so. Burning, achiness, stiffness in lower back. Achiness, stiffness in both hips. The pain in my foot is around a site that I had surgery 7 or 8 years ago. It's aching and stinging. I feel like something's attacking weak spots in my body and lie I'm 100 years old.
