well the benadryl works. i also found cramp911 which i keep handy and works great on the cramps that i get on the side of my legs. I ran out of benadryl and use off brand and it did not work . only capsules or liquid works best.

Well my husband been trying to find some stuff for my legs when a pharmacist at a cvs ask if he could help him and he told him what i was going through and the pharmacist told him his wife was going through the same and he had her take benadryl 2 capsules before bed. I have been gluten free for 5 months and i have been having problems with bad leg cramps. I have read some where that was cause of gluten free diets. Has anyone had that problem? I have started taking magnesium, i read that it would help. It has a little. I still have leg cramps just not as bad. I have read that you need to take vitamins if going gluten...
