    Thanks for reminding me. The manager at that deli seems really nice so I dont see a problem if they wipe it off. Plus I think all they sell is boars head which most are gluten free I think anyways but it doesnt hurt to check to see if they are selling some with gluten to be safe.

    OMG........Thank you so much everyone that information is a big help. I did call Boars Head I am waiting for them to call me back to have a list sent to me. According to there site everything is gluten free except two things (which I dont like anyways ) so I am happy about that..

    Hello does anyone know how I find out if Deli Meat is Gluten Free. I am going to be getting a list from a deli for Boars Head (i think they are out of Canada) they have all natural meats which I know doesnt mean anything in the gluten-free world. So what ingredients are a no no for deli meats? Does anyone know of a certain brand of deli meat that is gluten...

    My husband had a five way bypass at 34 so I am so glad he decided to go gluten-free with me. I dont know if celiac caused this as he doesnt want to get tested he says its a waste of money.. but he is going gluten-free. Interesting topic?

    Thanks for your suggestion I definetly know the PCOS makes me have weak ovulation and low progesterone. I am currently taking femara this has helped me ovulate with good progesterone numbers meaning a good ovulation. I found out by blood test I am not celiac but I do have gluten intolerance diagnosed by enterolab. Anyway hoping it will happen soon...

    Thank you very much I appreciate it. I plan on going gluten-free as soon as I go to my first GI doctor to see what he says about my diarhea, and undigested food etc...(you get the idea) I have a feeling I am sensitive to milk as well but giving them both up at once may be a challenge. I may just ease into the milk thing and slow down and eventually...

    I really see why this disease is so underdiagnosed now. If I am just technically Gluten Intolerant can this still cause all of the symptoms of Celiac Disease without actually having Celiac Disease. In other words is one just the bad as the other as far as attacking your body all over if untreated?

    I just cant quite figure out why it is negative and enterolab was a definate positive although I only had the Iga test done through them. The results where 19 gliadian Iga (>10). I see a GI doctor next week to find out if not celiac what is causing so much diarhea and food malabsorbtion. Not to be gross but I can actually identify what is in my Poo...

    I just got my blood test results back. I dont even understand what they mean. Can someone tell me if this test is negative. Also if it is should I assume I am not Celiac and just gluten intolerant because my enterolab results were positive. I am so confused.     I dont particulary like SSRI's but I have to take them when the depression kicks in. The start up effects I believe alot of times are what causes some people not to tolerate them as for me they are quit agitating at first and I get worse before I get better sort of thing.     I really dont want to give up bread completly but I need a low carb bread because I also have insulin resistance/pcos. Any ideas? Will adding flax seeds to my recipe help?

    That sounds exactly like me.. Of course I am still eating gluten until my testing is done so I have no way to compare right now but I pray it gets better. This doesnt help the malnurished thing when you cant eat anything..

    I didnt know that about trileptal about the hypogylecemia..hmm...I do know it cause a folic acid deficiency and can intereact with birth control. As far a thought processes this was the least harsh one IMO at least for me because I am so sensitive to meds and the sedation I get from them... Good luck on your new job. Alot of people on depression...

    I plan on seeing an endo if I dont get pregnant soon. I already take metformin and do the low carb diet stuff (well I try my best anyways). What else can they really do? MY other doctor said that low thyroid has alot to do with insulin resistance and PCOS so I also take thryoid meds. I am just plain screwed up.

    Adding flax seeds is a good idea. The more protein and fat the slower the sugar goes in your system. I will have to remember that. Problem is with my gluten allergy or whatever I am always nauseas and if I try to eat meat without bread sometimes I gag or I just cant seem to get it down.     Stephanie I have been on alot of mood stabilizers and the one I really liked and tolerated well was trileptal...its kinda new to things but it is made from tegretol but there are no weight gain effects and the sedation is quit minimal. I am not on meds at the moment because I am trying to get pregnant but if I had to be I would choose trileptal again...

    Thats what I am afraid of.....if I do end up having Celiac and not just gluten intolerance I am afraid of having so many reproductive problems. I also had a miscarriage at 9 weeks ,and my husband and i are going on 3 years trying to conceive again. Can you have endo and not have symptoms in your opinion.     I used the mix from Bob Mills Bread mix but the crazy thing is I bought two bread makers one was on sale for like 14 bucks a toastmaster but only makes 1.5lb loaves....so I bought that one along with a Kenmore breadmaker also on sale for 69.00 it makes up to 2.5lb loaf. I made the recipe exactly the same and used both bread makers the toastmaster one...

    THanks for the website! Man that stuff is pricey though.. Well I made my first gluten-free bread in my bread machine but it didnt turn out. I made another one and it turned out OK I guess so practice makes perfect.

    Now that I think about it my little sister gets this too! My mother also before she died had extremely dry dermatitis skin and red and dry patches all over really bad.. I wonder if she had celiac all these years and never knew it. Did I mention she was also bipolar .......I just hope I can get the rest of my family screened especially if I definetly am...

    Thanks for the ideas on jerky spices Cornbread!! Hmm that is interesting. I remember mine saying they use sodium nitrate but I dont know about the others. I know they make there own but as far as the spices go no I am unsure whether to buy there even if they claim gluten-free.. Guess it all boils down to I need to learn how...
