LOVE LOVE LOVE PF Changs!!! They have great food, knowledgeable staff and they are reasonably priced. Never had a bad experience at the one near West Chester, Pennsylvania. My non-celiac friends eat off the gluten-free menu to keep our orders "clean" and they love it too.

Also have an Outback experience. Went to one in Ohio last winter. Ordered Baked Potato and the Brownie dessert only. Was sooooo sick in the car going home. Called the restaurant and asked what ice cream they used. Was told it changes from time to time. Not certain that is true or not, however, she also said ice cream "isn't made of wheat". It may not...

brand new to this so forgive me if there is something wrong. I'm a celiac (after a lifetime of other diagnoses) and have a friend that I believe has it as well.
