    Is this the Z pack? like 5 pills and 2 the first dose? I just took it for asthmatic bronchitis and my pharmacy's ck'd it out and said it was ok. gluten-free,sf,df too I'm not sure what company made it and i bet I've pitched it now but will look for you. i think others have ck'd it out on that list and it was ok but then again brand/generic and company...

    Be careful that you don't start cutting all the High Oxalates foods at once becasue there is a 'dumping' process that goes with this. I'd start with useing only the middle Oxalate foods.
