    Hi and welcome all advice is great i get nauseous if i don't eat so try really hard to do that I might suggest you try to avoid dairy and Lollie's idea of the gluten-free rice chex with some almond milk and bananas would be a good breakfast good luck will try to be or more help when i have more time to think of a few more things.     Great thread and learning alot our son is so allergic but only visits from out of state on a rare occasion and he has great difficulty even with meds he takes while here. Just wanted to get on the list for alerts as i'm sure I'll learn alot here Judy
