    Karen I loved the Labrea tar pits and your boys will love it. We went years ago when we lived here before but son Jason went and one of his favorite things to see. Anaheim, there is a Katala Deli I read on here is outstanding for gluten-free things. Haven't been there. know In and Out burgers are safe with protein style burger.........just lettuce...

    HI After almost 5 1/2 yrs gluten-free moved to CA and Dr looked at old tests for cleiac panel, said didn't have it still 99% gluten-free but now microscopic colitis too Am on Asacol 4 pills 3 times a day then ulcer in stomach and positive for H-Pylori so the 2 weeks of a 3 drug therapy gave me C-Dif on vancomycin for 10 days and hoping it gets rid...

    We have a great deal of Lyme disease out here in CA, so if you are in an area where there are deer, be vigilante, and if you are tick bitten, get tested.
