  3. Wow! Thanks for all the help! We just got the date for the biopsy - 10/28. I'm going to have some challah waiting for her just in case. Dr is on vaca - when he's back I will try to find out if the biopsy is neg would we be gluten-free anyway with the way her bloods were - I assume we would.
  4. Anyone have a gluten-free challah recipe for either bread machine or by hand? This and pizza are the 2 things dd is most upset about. I know there are rice-crust pizza dough recipies and products, but I haven't seen anything about challah (Jewish egg-bread). Thanks!
  5. Gluten-free crayons????? Yow! What ingredient in crayons adds the gluten? Is it ok for them to use the regular crayons and then wash before eating, or right after coloring? Are there any other school-type products that could be dangerous? I don't have an answer to the weight question, sorry.
  6. Thanks so much for the replies! Our dr is at Columbia in NY. I don't know why he is doing the biopsy instead of just relying on the bloods. I haven't seen the actual test results paper, but the drs offics read the results off to me over the phone - it doesn't look like she had the EMA, which I know is highly specific, but the tT test - I forgot the rest...
