Here's how we like it (I found this by doing a Google search) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees 1/4 to 1/2 lb of tilapia per person Rinse the tilapia and place in a shallow glass oven dish Brush 1 tsp of olive oil on each tilapia filet Coat each filet with dijon mustard Crush pecans and cover the filets Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

  4. Hi: I have been gluten-free for about 11 months and I too have experienced the fatigue, more so after I stopped eating gluten than before. Working with my chiropractor/nutritionist I found that when I eliminated gluten I eliminated all my sources for B vitamins. B Vitamins give us energy! So I added some B vitamin supplements and the fatigue disappeared...
