Hi Everyone, I am new to gluten free and new to this board. This board has been a lifesaver! It has so much info. The other day I found a gluten free food store in Whitehouse Station, NJ. I was driving on route 22 and discovered it, and I am so happy I stopped. Everything is gluten free and I couldn't believe the variety! I was truly blown away...

I love Coldcalm pellets. It's homeopathic and if you take according to the directions, it really knocks out a cold or infection. I also use elderberry syrup, double up on Vitamin D and vitamin B12 and Vitamin C. Dandelion root tea is great for sore throats.
