I didn't care for it. I thought it was kinda gross. And yeah, the salads, they're really bad about still putting croutons on it, and then just picking them off when you repeat that you cannot have croutons. I go elsewhere, though I used to love Olive Garden. Before I knew they had gluten-free pasta, though, I asked them for some mixed steamed veggies... -

Yeah, deBoles was the first I tried. I didn't care for it, at all. As soon as it got sauced, it disintegrated. Phooey. -

My favourites are: HEB store brand gluten free pasta (HEB is only in Texas, as I recall), Heartland, Ronzoni, and Barilla. I'll try the Kroger brand gluten free pasta as soon as it stops costing more than the national brands. We used to eat pasta daily, until I got diagnosed three years ago with celiac. I tried several gluten-free pastas, and didn't like... -
My celiac doctor is Dr. Syed Jafri, in Webster, TX (just south of Houston -- basically the Clear Lake City area), saved my LIFE. I would recommend him to the whole, entire world. According to the article, the restaurant is touted as all gluten free. The quote I found says, "The beer selection will be similar, with only local or gluten-free options offered." IF the restaurant really is ALL gluten free, the local beer he's talking about would be gluten free, too, I'd think. This may just be a case of bad writing. -
I absolutely would be interested in joining an online support group. I know my sister would be, too.
