  1. I also like the Health Valley Rice and Corn Crumch-Ums! Get them at Wild Oats and even in health food section of some grocery stores.
  2. Among other things it could be sleep apnea. Only a sleep test will tell, but worth checking. I probably went 10 years that way before being tested. Now, I sleep well and awake rested.
  3. I love breakfast - eggs, toast (my wife makes me gluten free bread), sausage, hash browns (or grits). However, most days I just eat cereal. Wild Oats and a number of local grocery stores all carry gluten free rice or corn chex type cereal.
  4. It can last a while. Ask your doctor about dapsone. It relieves the itching within 24 hours. It must be taken carefully and your liver function monitered. (An easy periodic blood test.) Worked great for me! John
