If you're living in Korea, there's an extremely helpful online resource called Iherb.com where you can shop for gluten free items (grocery, toothpaste, etc.) and have it delivered within the week. The website is available in Korean and English, and delivers to both America and Korea. It costs four dollars to ship to Korea if your package is under 20 pounds...
