I sell spices and get lots of inquiries about gluten in our products. The answer is always no but in casual conversation with a lot of these people, they are not gluten intolerant, they just think it's trendy not to consume gluten. I wonder how many fit into this category? Actually they may unconsciously be helping those who truly have an intolerance...
