Tylenol (acetaminophen) is not an NSAID. The source article doesn't mention Tylenol or acetaminophen and only refers to NSAIDS, so Tylenol should not be on that list. In summarizing the article they made and error. -

It could be a migraine. Have you had migraine headaches before? Sometimes the headache is the least of the migraine symptoms I have. For me, Wheat is what triggers my migraines.
