christa replied to FaggieFresh420's topic in Coping with Celiac Disease
So nice to see I am not in this alone. I get bloated from any kind of starch as well. Even all fruiits. so I stick to meats and vegetables and NO processed foods. Then I feel pretty alright. I also always feel so self concious of it as before all my problems started 3 years ago I had a really flat tummy. I just hope it goes away. -

I don't tink I can do the yogurt and I know I can't do vinegar so it makes the diet tougher because it is used in many reciepies, but I eat very plain now anyway so I am going to give it a shot starting tomorrow. Any one else on this diet? I need to improve on my will...

Whenever I react to something it always keeps me bloated all day and usually when I wake up the following morning I feel alot better. So Can... -

I am always sooo bloated. I have been on the gluten-free diet for 2 weeks now and I find I am still getting bloated. Not as badly as when I eat gluten but still very uncomfortable. Is this because I am still healing or could it be something else altogether. I only eat chicken and vegetables and I avoid nightshades and that is all I ate the past two weeks...

I definitely haave a reaction to tobacco and actually wanted to write in about that today. I get really bloated when I have a cigarette and then I stay bloated all day. I wasn't sure if it was because of hidden gluten or if I was getting indigestion from iit. I would also like to know if anyone else has problems llike this. Christa -
