It just took me an hour to get to post and I just finally found the new topic button and I don't know how I did it. I usually hit seaarch and then I choose a forum and I never get a new topic button. It says in the help menu to go to forums and then hit new topic. the only waay I know how to get to the forums is hit search and I don't get a new topic button...

Could I get all of those lists as well. I didn't realize that shampoo and everything needed to be gluten free. I just read the back of my bottles and they both listed wheaat protein. I have horrible brain fog. I often can't finish a sentence because I can't think of the word I want to say. I am just starting a gluten-free diet as well. I know I even have trouble concentrating on a conversation when someone is talking to me an often just end up tuning out -
