    Yeah, that's the hard one. I think I do not have that emotional connection to any of the places I go to. I can really understand why that would be hard and maybe not such a good idea anyway.     Oh and about the Epsom Salt baths...I'm wondering if limiting the time in the bath would help. I can rarely stay in longer than 10 minutes...after that I seem to feel really drained...I don't know, just a thought that came to me. Since it's detox, I'm wondering if limiting the time, like for instance Rachel had to limit her sauna time, would be beneficial...

    Well, I know for me, I had to weigh the negatives against the positives for my upcoming trip.     Yeah I think I am. It definitely tested badly in BioSET, but even before that I noticed that I had "issues" whenever I had soy...at least soymilk...don't have many other forms of it.     Regarding the coffee question...I'm not sure what it is for me, but this tested badly in BioSET for me. It's something in the coffee itself or the way it's processed or maybe even the mold. Decaf and regular...didn't matter I don't think. I had some on Saturday though...couldn't help myself. I was waiting in Target for my mom and aunt and the Starbucks...

    Uggg...been awake since about midnight...had the strangest, oddest dreams. Undigested stuff in my poo this morning from yesterday. May be going on a cruise afterall!!!! Friend found a cheaper cruise to Mexico which leaves out of Los Angeles. I can't do the long flights to Florida very well any more, so this was fantastic. It's also only 7 days...

    Yes, I am currently trying goat milk yogurt and sheep milk yogurt. I seem to be doing okay with them, but am also trying hard to NOT have it every day. I had goat Sunday, sheep yesterday and today nothing. I love yogurt though! Love it. I missed it a lot, lol. I am also trying the Goatein whey powder. I'm doing that very slowly...only half a scoop...

    Yeah Kat, metals and candida really go hand in hand...they love each other. I think I may be the only one still taking chlorella. I've taken it since January on the advice of my BioSET lady, but EVERY doctor I have wants me to keep taking it...my LLMD, the HN doctors, Scott the ART guy... I take it in liquid form which I get from my BioSET person.....

    Lisa, I agree with Carla and Rachel, you need some immediate help and the hospital will at least get some nutrients into you. The other stuff can come later. I have some websites bookmarked at work for assistance/patient advocacy...I'll post them...maybe there's something there that can help you with the medical costs.

    Re the passing out thing...yeah that was bad for me last year. I have really low blood pressure, and when I stand up it (the blood pressure) shoots down. My doctors (the Health Now doctors, lol) told me that, that was a sign of low adrenals. Well, yeah, I definitely have low adrenal function...in my case, though, I think THAT is caused by something else...
