I was struggling with C more or less all my life, but after being diagnosed with Celiac decease, it became a terrible problem. My bowels were like paralysed, nothing was helping, really nothing. I tried even acupuncture which was helping me before. I needed 2 tablets of Ducolax and 3 suppositories to go + vegies, Magnesium, water, fruits, seeds, probiotics...
