  1. I advise eliminating all grains as they all copy each other, gluten free grain or not (because they all have gluten, just not named by the traditional gluten free diet suchas barley, rye, wheat, oats and spelt)
  2. Paranoid or not but I feel like I get a reaction when I ingest something small like a grain in bed.   9. Yeah someone's spit and I've changed to a gluten free diet about a week ago and until the spit entered my mouth my night was going fine. I'm still going gluten free but I wondered how long it would take for symptoms caused by gluten to go away
