  1. My symptoms aligned perfectly with Celiac's but fluconazole for 2 months seems to have cured me. I believe it is also possible for toxins in the liver to cause Celiac-like symptoms. Those may be worth checking into.
  2. I can't believe you were diagnosed with Celiac's Disease and did not cut gluten from your diet?!?!? You should make every effort to do this ASAP. Regardless of what symptoms you notice, gluten causes the gut to inflame, which can lead to infection and death. Additionally, the gut-flora being way out of whack puts you at high risk for other things too, and...
  3. I don't know enough to say yes or no, but you might try more Vitamin Bs and maybe some papaya chewables for digestion... Oil based dressings so as to not block the fat soluble stuff... You should never combine milk and cereal grains since the grains blocks the absorption of the vitamins in the milk... sigh...
  4. So, unless I'm wrong, I cannot get tested unless my diet includes gluten for 6 weeks prior to the test. After about 30 years of doctors telling me I had nothing more than atopic dermatitis with no cure or treatment, I finally figured out I am allergic to gluten. December 5, 2014 was the last time I ingested gluten on purpose, but I've had a few accidents...
  5. I have prostate problems from going through bottle after bottle of Benadryl since the mid-1990's. It wasn't until December 2014 that I found out I have Celiac's Disease. Now, I'm wondering if there's anything stronger I can take so I can go get the proper testing to verify whether it is Celiac's or non-Celiac's gluten sesitivity...but I do know for sure...
  6. That's very disappointing. To describe the itch as hell is to understate it. It reaches from the bottom of my pecks all the way to the top of my head, and doesn't miss a spot except most of my face. I've battle this my whole life, only realized gluten was the problem late last year, and my skin is like leather. It would be nice if the doctor can take a skin...
  7. In order to be tested for Celiac's Disease, how soon must I have eaten gluten/wheat? I accidentally ate gluten several times over the last 3 days. Because of this, I've been in hell scratching the itch that won't go away, that seems to be in my bones, that I just can't get to. If I must eat a bunch of gluten-containing-wheat in order to take a test...
  8. Oh how I craved wheat. Gluten-free wheat, bread, pasta, rolls, pizza, tortilla IS DISGUSTING. I quit eating gluten December 5, 2014, but it wasn't until maybe 2 weeks ago that I stopped craving it. I have diagnosed myself with Celiac's Disease. The process by which I arrived at my conclusion took 30 years. When I was very young, around 3 I began to get...
