Hi i'm new to this, my girlfriend has been diagnosed for 2 years now with celiac disease and with me being a non celiac. I try my hardest to still keep eating gluten but also try to not get her sick.I'd rather have her happy and healthy than eat gluten though. It's hard because i hate seeing her sick and miserable.
