  1. My daughter was diagnosed with Celiacs. She's 17 but had a lot of your symptoms. She was always tired, stomach aches, she could not even finish a meal without having to run to the bathroom. Hope you find out soon... The good news is after she went gluten free she started to feel so much better. Good luck to you!
  2. My daughter liked the Schar brand of Graham crackers. This brand has been consistently good.
  3. I don't have any info on going dairy free but my daughter has Celiacs and it took her several months before she started to feel better after going gluten free. She never went dairy free and now she's 8 months gluten free and feels normal for the most part.
  4. My daughter had some of the same symptoms and tested positive for Celiacs although she had the symptoms for years before she was diagnosed. If your test comes back positive you may have to have a biopsy done to confirm. That's what they did for her and then she started a gluten free diet. She had to eat normal to get an accurate test.   5. I would call the store and ask. I had a list they gave me with all the gluten free foods they sell but I was not impressed with the selection so I threw it out. I think if products are processed in a facility that processes gluten they can't put gluten free. You also might be able to google it.

  7. I think it took about 6 months of my daughter eating gluten free before she felt better. She still has days that she does not feel well but there has been a vast improvement with her health and her grades. I hope you feel better soon.
