I have A 7 year old daughter and for her after-school activities I pack a separate snack for her. Even though the other parents know she has celiac sometimes they bring snacks that she knows she can not eat. Those all sound like signs of celiac. My 7 year old daughter was just diagnosed with celiac. She had horrible constipation for several years along with the behavioral issues and eczema. Miralax never help and she had really bad leakage. We went to a GI doctor and had the blood test and biopsy done. They both came out positive. She's been on a gluten free... -

Was there any chalky aftertaste? I've been trying to find an all purpose gluten free flour for a while now and everyone that I have tried either store bought or homemade always has the chalky aftertaste.
