  4. It sounds like you are pretty cautious about what you are putting in your body and you dont want to screw up your progress. In terms of drugs and diets and foods etc. we read about them all day long on the internet and ask doctors but really you and everyone here all knows that the only way to find out, is though experimentation. You have to just try...
  5. I do accu-checks in the hospital as a tech, most of the post op patients are on IV dextrose solution, and they need glucose monitoring. The normal range is between 60-120. we are suppose to give insulin 1 units per liter for every 50 points over 150, 1 per 150-200 range 200-250 2 units, etc. in order to correct the blood sugar and bring it back down to normal...
  6. Question for everyone. Has anyone ever tried NO-Fenol? I am thinking of buying it, to help with phenols. The last 2 enzyme products I bought, one was Jarrow, made me feel worse so im kind of leary. It is expensive, but- I've read good things about it. C

  10. Hey guys, about the potatos and avoiding the green part,,, my doctor even agrees. He once said, that it is important to not eat the eye of the plants, those are the most poisonous parts. Like the green eye at the top of a tomato, or other plants the bit where it was once attached to the vine, or, the eyes or sprouts that form on the outside and a bit...
  11. Question You said that your head and nose started swelling and or your mucus membranes got sticky. Did your nose or thoat feel sticky? Or slimey? Do you get that stickiness with all reactions? What do you think it might be? Thats interesting because I get "sticky" too. I think that could be mucus, since its coming from the mucus membranes....
  12. if they suspect appendicitis, they can do a ct scan of the lower quadrant of your abdominal area, to rule that out and also, the right fallopian tube and ovary lie near the appendix so that can mimic appendix pain. If it was your appendix you would have excrutiating pain and it would not let up and you would have a fever and eventually your appendix...

  15. I think you pinpointed it with the excessive water. When I drink a lot of water I get fluid retention and increased pressure too. I try not to over do it on the water. a coupple glasses a day is about all I can drink. Ever notice that when you are dehydrated that the swelling goes down? I have noticed that in myself, my face and hands feel better...

  21. To add to what I was saying. I am not trying to single out iodine as the one source of all my problems, because I also react to other halogens like bromine and chlorine, and flouride as well. I try to avoid all these substances, and it does help. Another thing,,, about the tea you are drinking. Some recent discoverys,,, I have noticed that my...
  22. Cali, for me even a little bit of milk is really bad, which sucks because I loved milk. I used to love eating milk and cereal. <sighs> I dont think its just the protein or msg that is the problem for me, I think its the iodine in the milk and dairy. I have come to realize that I am very iodine sensitive. By the way,,,Milk also contains a lot...
