I take them with every meal. I take 2 Vibrazyme complex by Natural Creations every morning on an empty stomach. I take another enzyme product after every meal. -

When I go out to dinner I always take 4 enzyme capsules with me. This helps if I become contaminated with gluten. I get them from my nutrionist. Sometimes if I get glutened my left arm and leg hurt.
