Hi Dan, I'm new to this board, but I've had celiac disease for over 20 years, and I was just dx with it in May. I'm also a nurse, and I've had a chance to work with others with celiac. It could possibly be that your bowels are still recovering from all the years of eating gluten. They need time to heal, and you may have a sensitivity to dairy now, but...
