  1. I just wanted to add that my child went through this and we eat pretty healthy, too.
  2. Thanks, all. I will follow up with a gastro. Yes, RMJ, I wasn't sure about the old vs. new testing. Mine doesn't specify PEPTIDE, so I wasn't sure if it was the new test. The Labcorp code suggests it is the peptide test, but I just wasn't sure I was correct.
  3. Back again, after having your help with my daughter's testing and diagnosis. Her gastro recommended the immediate family be tested. We know it is from my side so it made sense for me to get tested. At any rate, my testing came back as follows, after following a mostly gluten-free diet for 5 months due to my daughter. I have gluten about once/week when...

Many threads ask the same question, but not everyone can or does follow up with the resolution, so I thought I would share this. After this thread, she had gene testing (this was not that pricey; call around). The results said NEGATIVE. The...

She has gastro issues (constipation, floating stool, mushy stool, gassy), but nothing has been severe; it is all intermittent. However, she has had issues since birth. She is...

If her gene testing is negative, she will be spared the endoscopy. My confusion lies in the results of her testing; her Ttg Iga was negative, which...
  7. The doctor called yesterday to say my daughter tested positive for Celiac. He is pushing for an endoscopy and basically said it was 50-50 on whether she had Celiac. She is young and small so we researched this a bit to see what options we might have. Well, I know a little bit more than I did, but not much more. All of the different tests and interpretations...
