I'm having the same problem in the "related" section. why does the post not show up?

I've been having a terrible time with constipation and hemorrhoids lately. They've also been bleeding. Dr. told me that wheat and dairy for me can cause this. I've had a ton of wheat the last two weeks. I know, I know. I've learned my lesson and I'm cleaning my diet today. How long can I expect to have this problem, how long should my body clear this...

I have this too! I was really concerned about it but feel much better after reading here. This always goes along with constipation, hemorrhoids and bleeding stools (dr. said celiac and lactose intolerance can both cause this) When I am completely gluten free, all that clears up.
