I would love to tell you that it is safe....but it's not. I am a beer girl. Not being able to have it has been the hardest part about my diagnoses. Gluten removed beers are not safe either. Most gluten-free beers are awful. I did find one made by Uinita which is really good. I get it at bevmo. One night a few weeks ago I was at a party drinking my Uinita...
