Hmm... my massage therapists use aromatherapy and specifically ask you to inhale several times while they hold it very close to your face and I do have them rub my face (although some people don't like that and don't have it done.) Lotion also ends up on your hands which you could transfer to food you eat afterwards if you haven't washed your hands well ...

  3. I feel the same way! Newly diagnosed (gluten-free since July 1) and never had major GI symptoms mostly neurological issues and other very random stuff. So no red flags to tell me, "You just glutened yourself!" Or at least I haven't identified them yet. I'm not sure if I'm feeling better or not yet. I do have more energy but lots of anxiety and random symptoms...
  4. Hi, I'm newly diagnosed. Had endoscopy & colonoscopy first, then one week later GI's office called and told me to go have bloodwork done. About one week after the bloodwork GI's nurse called saying I have Celiacs and to go ahead and start a gluten-free diet. Didn't speak to the doctor, I follow up with him July 27th.
