    Hey all, I have got a raging case of poison oak - - it's on about 40 percent of my body and getting worse...and I was in contact w/ the vile weed just two days ago. Emily has her no-sugar diabetic diet, Julie is on no sugar (and then no carbs soon), Nikki - heinous slimming diet - - I think it's just any kind of diet that we hate - - which we evidently all must observe.     I can totally relate. Since removing gluten, just over two years ago, I feel hungry much of the time, and noticeably so...... Before eating gluten-free, I, too, was a bottomless pit, and weighed under 120 all my life (as low as 112 for many years, and I am 5' 7").
