  1. Has anyone ever tried or heard of Oxy-Powder for constipation? It's supposed to clean the small and large intestine of impacted fecal matter (lovely) and is all natural and of course gluten free.. I need to do something about this constipation. I do not like the idea of taking laxatives. Thanks

  3. Just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences. I have been gluten free for about 5 months now and recently went dairy free because of continued bloating. I have had a lot of nausea lately with less bloating. But when I do get bloated my nausea is better. I am so confused. I don't know which is worse!! Can anyone relate?
  4. I have been trying to make my own frosting and I just don't like it very much. You would think with all the gluten free cake mixes out there that there would be a gluten free frosting too. Does anyone have a frosting recipe that is as good as the tubs? and also possibly dairy free? I'm sooo bummed about the Dunkin Hines frosting. Thanks

  8. I second that for Pamela's chocolate cake mix. I think it is just as good or even better than any regular mix.
  9. I was wondering. Before I was diagnosed I had a real problem after I ate salmon, tuna or any fatty fish. Like really bad upper stomach aches that would double me over.   10. I have a question for anyone who has an answer! I had my initial celiac blood work done at the end of August. The endomysial Ab was >=1:160. She also did the other antibody tests and they all came back very positive for Celiac. Then in Nov. she did another endomysial Ab after I had been gluten free since Sept and it was 1:40.   12. It does say they are gluten free but be carefull because all of their products are made in a facility that also produces wheat products.
  13. I actually went to Beverly today and bought their last six pack of Ramapo. It was like $9.50. The guy I spoke to said they were getting more in today and as long as the demand is there they will keep stocking it. Please keep us up to date on the progress. I think you're my new best friend!
  14. Well, I've been gluten free (I think) for about 4 months now and when I started I felt awful. Tired, sick, just like crap. Then it got better. Then I think I was glutened by some stuff in my kitchen like strainers, tupperware, etc. and I changed everything now I feel like crap again, but my stomach is getting better.
