  1. I went to university in Guelph, but I live in Canmore, Alberta now. I love that city!! Unfortunately I didn't have celiac disease then so I don't have any tips for you...
  2. I really liked the way House portrayed celiac disease. Even though the show didn't give a lot of information about it, there is a section on their website that links to factual information, so maybe some people who watched the show will go to those: Open Original Shared Link They haven't put up ones from yesterday's episode yet, but I'm sure they'll...
  3. I live in Canmore (about 15 minutes outside of Banff) and The Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company here in town has gluten free pasta. I'd probably call ahead of time (403-609-5508) because they were out the day I went there, but even still they have really good salads. In Banff, you can go to Nourish (403-760-3933) in the Sundance Mall (downtown Banff). The...
  4. Thanks!! That helps a lot!
  5. So, there does seem to be a gluten-free pizza delivery place in Calgary. I e-mailed them and this was their response: thanks for your interest in our gluten free pizzas. You can place orders by the phone home office - 286 7189 or my cell: 681 1912 Remember we deliver the pizzas frozen, with instructions how to bake...

So I'm wondering if they've closed or just changed numbers...
  7. Old El Paso is gluten free. I called their 1-800 number and the lady said they never hide sources of gluten, so if the maltodextrin was wheat based it would have to say that.
  8. I found this Kraft Canada website to be very helpful. It specifically lists products that are gluten free, not just wheat free. Open Original Shared Link
