I'm in the process of planning a trip to the USA - and Anaheim/Los Angeles is one of our week long stays I've never been there as a coeliac and am quite worried as to wat to eat and where I was wondering if anyone could give me any hints/pointers of food I can buy & where.   16. Another Aussie Coeliac checking in Yes guys! Wheat Glucose Syrup is fine for us! The protein that is gluten is completely taken out - so need to worry It opens the doors thats for sure Uhmmm .. theres a lollie joob we can eat in the Australian confectionary brand (the "Dont eat the dinosaur dadday" brand lol). There are a lot of lollies and choclates...

  19. In my opinion the resources are fantastic!! Our supermarkets have a wide range of Gluten free becoz of the fact gluten-free has become somewhat "fashionable" nowadays.
