Hi, I'm Kaya's mum. Here in New Zealand , on the Coeliac Society web site, we have access to the Food Database which includes amongst others the gluten free foods list. This is submitted by manufacturers to the dietitian responsible at Auckland Hospital and verified before it goes on the list. We are given a copy if we belong to the Coeliac society and it... -
Haya, I'm from New Zealand too. Im fourteen years old and was diagnosed with Celiac Disease at the start of the year. It is nice to know that there are other teeenagers dealing with this too. Kaya
