  1. I kept a gluten-free diet for a long time, but I think there were a lot of so-called "hidden" gluten (in chocolates, coffee, sauces). Then I kept an ideal diet for a 7 days. After that I passed tests for antibodies IgA and IgG for gluten, they were negative. Does this mean that there was no hidden gluten in my previous diet? Or antibodies had been already...
