Just a side bar for those of you with daughters, my husband read an article linking all the harmones they feed cows and then produce milk from those cows to the earlier "blossoming" of girls....by like 3 years! I'm sooooo glad I have switched all of my food to organic, all natural foods! Lollie

Oh MY! I just made the Emeril 'flourless choc. cake' tonight for a dinner party. It tastes and has the texture of a godiva truffle. I sprinkled powdered sugar over it, had raspberry sauce, whip cream and garnished with raspberries. Beautiful and deeelish! Very rich though. But had to chime in and say 'what a hit'! Thanks for the suggestion!

I am new at this so bear with me. Can I use my mill to grind rice, to use as flour instead of wheat flour? Can I use it the same as I did the wheat? 2 days WF/gluten-free. I also have another question. We have to be off of vinegar due to a food allergy my daughter has (we haven't been tested yet, and also in support). This extremely limits our salad...
