Hello, Am just waiting for my GI apointment but strongly suspect my mysterious symptoms and ailments are related to Celiac Disease. I was diagnosed with Pernicious Anemia in 1992 and have been receiving monthly B12 injections since then. Have just discovered that many people with Pernicious anemia develop it because of Celiac. Well - I somewhat did go "gluten-free", but hard to tell as I didn't just abstain from gluten. I fasted and abtstained from pretty much everything. The irony was that it was the first time in two years that I felt GREAT (if a little hungry).
