    I kinda agree with this quote here. I have had "intestinal issues", "nervous stomach", "stress issues" etc for about 3 years now. My main symtpom is gastro (D, cramps, grumbling, nausea) but I also suffer frm depression and anxiety and brain fog, and my doctor for 2 years just said it is IBS, oh it is stress blah blah blah food has nothing to do with it...

    I am glad that everyone seems to like their products! I am excited now about trying them all! Does anyone have any issues with cc with these products? (gluten and casein when it says Gluten-free Casein-free)

    What about digestive enzymes to help with the carbohydrates and all? I take a gluten-free, DF< soy free, all allergan free digestive enzyme to help digestive fats, lactose, carbs, protien etc... It is about $15 for 60 tabs and I take one before lunch and one before dinner. Do you think these might help some? To me the SCD is an extreme... many people...

    I am about to go gluten and dairy free since my test results from Enterolab confirmed these two sensativities. We currently have a nice toaster oven that both my wife and I use for bagels, waffles etc... Now when I do go gluten free will I have to buy a new toaster or will I be able to clean the one we have now and it would be ok? Also what kind of care...

    Interesting about florastor containing lactose... I didnt see that in the ingredients list. Do you kow if Flora-Q is ok?

    Thats funny about you sleeping for 24 hours. The meds I take are Wellbutrin 75 mgs twice a day, Asacol 4 tabs a day, Entocort EC 3 tabs a day, calcium supplelemt, Ativan half of a .5 mg twice a day (when I wake up and before I go to bed). And of course I take the compazine right now for occasional nausea. I will definately ask about this next time I see...

    I think that the only one I have found is Flora-Q and Florastor (has yeast in it). So I think I am going to give the Flora-Q a try but I also wanted to know if anyone else uses probiotics and if so are they gluten free and dairy free? have they made a difference?

    You are right on! It may contain traces of a milk protien and that might have been enough to set you off. I am in the same boat you are. Try the Gluten Free Pantry chocolate truffle brownies... just made them last night ...m...m.mmmm.mmmmm.mmm

    You say that you are on a GFDF diet right? So I am assuming that the Xanax doesnt have any gluten or dairy in it? I am going to be starting a GFDF diet soon and I take Ativan which is gluten-free but has lactose in it... Want to find a brand that doesnt have the lactose!

    Is phenegram a script you must get from your doctor? What do you mean "but knock you off your butt"? Are they really strong anti nausea supps? Can you still function on them? Or are you gone fore the day...a lost cuase?

    I cant believe there are suppositories for nausea... I think I would rather stick to a pill form! Butif need be I might try one of the suppositories.

    I just tried the gluten free pantry chocolate truffle brownie mix and it was really good. It is gluten-free and Dairy free, you just add eggs, tasted just like real brownies. Can I expect the same from all GLuten Free pantry items?

    The anti nausea medication (compazine) I am taking now contains gluten, I think. So I wanted to see if anyone else knew of anti nausea meds that are gluten and casein free.

    Dont most of the other non dairy milks (excluding Rice Milk from Rice Dream which is illegal) contain CARRAGEENAN??? Are there any that dont (rice milks that is).     I was going to ask if you had tried the tests by Enterolab but since you dont produce the IgA then I think that maybe those tests are out the window right?     I was under the impression that Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) were bad because they promoted the growth of bad bacteria... am I wrong about that?

    Has anyone found any gluten free casien free probiotics? I am looking for a high quality probiotic that is Gluten-free Casein-free... a lot contain whey or lactose. I think primal defense is the only one that doesnt contain gluten or casein that I have found.

    Yeah I tried something of Amy's once and it gave me the worst bathroom time in a long time. Blech. I think everyone needs a little Amsterdam every once in a while I dont think I am ever going to try an Amy's product again.
