I kinda agree with this quote here. I have had "intestinal issues", "nervous stomach", "stress issues" etc for about 3 years now. My main symtpom is gastro (D, cramps, grumbling, nausea) but I also suffer frm depression and anxiety and brain fog, and my doctor for 2 years just said it is IBS, oh it is stress blah blah blah food has nothing to do with it... -

What about digestive enzymes to help with the carbohydrates and all? I take a gluten-free, DF< soy free, all allergan free digestive enzyme to help digestive fats, lactose, carbs, protien etc... It is about $15 for 60 tabs and I take one before lunch and one before dinner. Do you think these might help some? To me the SCD is an extreme... many people... -
I am about to go gluten and dairy free since my test results from Enterolab confirmed these two sensativities. We currently have a nice toaster oven that both my wife and I use for bagels, waffles etc... Now when I do go gluten free will I have to buy a new toaster or will I be able to clean the one we have now and it would be ok? Also what kind of care...

Thats funny about you sleeping for 24 hours. The meds I take are Wellbutrin 75 mgs twice a day, Asacol 4 tabs a day, Entocort EC 3 tabs a day, calcium supplelemt, Ativan half of a .5 mg twice a day (when I wake up and before I go to bed). And of course I take the compazine right now for occasional nausea. I will definately ask about this next time I see... -

I think that the only one I have found is Flora-Q and Florastor (has yeast in it). So I think I am going to give the Flora-Q a try but I also wanted to know if anyone else uses probiotics and if so are they gluten free and dairy free? have they made a difference? -

I just tried the gluten free pantry chocolate truffle brownie mix and it was really good. It is gluten-free and Dairy free, you just add eggs, tasted just like real brownies. Can I expect the same from all GLuten Free pantry items? -
