  1. Be patient - even though that seems impossible. I still get frustrated after 3 years. The more sugar you eliminate and more water you drink that will help with feeling hungry as your body adjusts. Increased water will also help with constipation too. You will be fine!

  3. I was diagnosed 3 years ago with Celiac - for at least 5 years prior to that I too had elevated liver enzymes - they tend to go up and down. My dr. does monthly blood work to watch all levels. Again my liver enzymes were high just recently along with my Sed rate. I take tylenol often for the joint pain - I do think that it is related to elevated liver...
