Shirlane - I hope I'm not too late. I was in Peru a few years ago. I took with me a dine-out card in Spanish. I would give it to the waiter, who, after reading it would show it to the chef. They would confer, and then suggest grilled chicken and rice. I lived on grilled chicken and rice. Boring, but I didn't get sick! I am planning a trip to Brazil... -
