  2. I'd get tested if I were you. Before I was diagnosed, I worked in a bakery and I was sick!! Flour is also an inhaled irritant for celiacs, big problems. Not only are you eating it daily, but you are inhaling it at work. For your own sake, get tested right away. BrenP
