    I'd get tested if I were you. Before I was diagnosed, I worked in a bakery and I was sick!! Flour is also an inhaled irritant for celiacs, big problems. Not only are you eating it daily, but you are inhaling it at work. For your own sake, get tested right away. BrenP

    As a diagnosed Celiac for 23 years, the only thing I have eaten over the years, and not knowingly had flour in it, was ice cream from such places as Costco! Hockey games etc that sell those nice looking ice cream bars, rolled in hot chocolate sauce and rolled in nuts....definate no, no!
