Hi, I am a grandmother whose grandson was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease at almost 14 years of age. I homeschool him, so I am in charge of feeding him breakfast and lunch during the week. He loves my spaghetti and goulash and was wondering if there are brands of gluten free pasta that are better than others. I am willing to make him spaghetti squash...
